This company in the FMCG space is looking for a skilled CA(SA) to join their team.

Duties:

• Oversee cash management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations, and manage short-term and long-term financing plans and banking relationships.
• Manage financial systems, ensure timely monthly and yearly closings, and coordinate accounting procedures, tax filings, and audits to ensure compliance.
• Monitor costs, perform cost analysis, and forecast with product teams to mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare management accounts, develop regular financial reports, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to support business decisions.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, analyze revenue, OPEX, and CAPEX, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Lead corporate processes such as BoD resolutions and financial approvals.
• Oversee IT with service providers to ensure data protection and efficient software use.
• Manage team recruitment, training, performance, and work to streamline the team structure and improve efficiency,

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Qualified CA(SA) is essential
• 8 to 10 years post-articles experience is preferred
• 5+ years managerial experience
• FMCH, Manufacturing or Construction experience is preferred
