F&B Manager - Mossel BayOur client based in Mossel Bay is looking for a dynamic, detail orientated and passionate F&B Manager to join their team.Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Menu design: Collaborate with chefs to design and update menus, considering seasonal availability, customer preferences, and budget constraints.Inventory control: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.Staff supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders.Customer service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Health and safety compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.Financial management: Keep financial records, establish budgetary controls, and manage costs to maximize profitability.Marketing activities: Organize and promote marketing events, special offers, and catering for events like weddings and conferences.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management 
• 5 years minimum in a similar role
• Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Own Reliable transport due to location
