- Manage all public relations activities, including press releases, media relations, and crisis communications.
- Collaborate with media partners to enhance the group’s visibility in the hospitality industry.
- Act as a spokesperson for the group when necessary.
- Work closely with property managers to understand their marketing needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Liaise with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Build relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, influencers, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and developing marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns.
- Analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and reporting on ROI.
- Experience with multi-property marketing in the hospitality sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and hotel management software.
- Based at the head office in Pretoria, with occasional travel to properties and events as needed.
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring adaptability and multitasking.
