Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce procedures and policies to ensure the firm's compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify and address potential compliance vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with departments such as Finance and Human Resources to ensure organization-wide compliance.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments, ensuring timely updates to policies and processes.
• Provide training and support to staff to foster a culture of compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years in a similar role within a legal or professional services firm.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP or equivalent) are advantageous.
• Thorough knowledge of industry standards, risk management, legal requirements, and regulatory controls such as B-BBEE and FICA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
