Job & Company Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our reputable client within the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full accounting function, possess excellent financial management skills, and demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Duties:

Oversee and manage the full accounting function for the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
Perform monthly reconciliations of all accounts, ensuring that discrepancies are identified and rectified promptly.
Handle VAT and tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting degree.
SAICA/SAIPA articles is beneficial.

Experience:

A minimum of four to five years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is preferred.
