Someone that loves Data and Data Engineering. Data Science, Data Reporting, Machine Learning, API’s, ETL and can code in Python

The combination of Data Engineering and the ability to code in Python is essential.

Further responsibilities include Big Data, optimizing queries, Designing Data Architecture, problem Solving, keeping Querying costs down

The role:

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work primarily within a cloud environment, leveraging tools like BigQuery, Dataproc, and AI-driven platforms. You should be highly skilled in Python and proficient in SQL. You won’t shy away from complex, unstructured data, and you’ll help make sense of it to deliver actionable insights. This role is all about turning data into valuable stories and visuals that inform business decisions. You’ll need to be well-versed in software engineering practices and have extensive experience with database technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of designing and building large systems to process and organize vast amounts of data.

Skills and experience:

Python development.

Strong data skills, including expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with large-scale ETL pipelines.

Proficiency in designing high-scale RESTful services.

Cloud platform experience

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
