The responsibilities of the Construction Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Management of all construction works and processes,
• Coordination, administration, and management of resources on construction sites
• Ensure construction works conform to organizational and client specifications, quality standards and EHS requirements
• Ensure project completion as per budget and timelines

You will be responsible for preparing and assigning duties to the team members. Moreover, you should be able to supervise the working of Construction Workers and ensure project completion as per the assigned timeline. You will be communicating with the Clients and Client representatives such as Architects and Engineers to ascertain the project requirements. To excel at this job role, you should display excellent leadership and negotiation skills. In addition to this, you should be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills. Furthermore, having a proven work experience in the construction industry will be beneficial.
