Our client is seeking a Senior Auditor in Johannesburg. The Senior Auditor will be responsible for overseeing audits, performing risk assessments, preparing audit plans, and conducting audit fieldwork. They will also be responsible for supervising audit teams, reviewing and analysing financial statements, and providing high-quality advice and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications/Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred or studying towards achieving a degree in the same field.

·        Articles completed in the relevant field.

·        4+ years of experience in auditing

·        Auditing, accounting, and financial analysis skills

·        Experience in risk assessment and audit planning

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

·        Leadership and supervisory skills

·        Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·        Proficiency in accounting software and technology

·        Drafting and auditing on CaseWare software this is a must

·        Have own transport and is willing to travel to clients
