We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager / Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key client accounts. This role is a combination of generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leads, prospects, and potential markets.
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expanding the customer base and exploring new verticals.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, including creating proposals and presentations.
Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new business.
Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account revenue.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.

Candidate Requirements
RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in [industry type].
