This role reports to the Head of Finance and will assume responsibility for: Financial reporting prepare quarterly, monthly and annual reports, budgeting and forecasting develop and monitor budgets ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
Must be 5 years post articles
9 years property experience
