Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
• 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role, leading and overseeing teams.
• Solid experience in dispatch operations with a strong understanding of logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
