A division of a listed company within the services industry is looking for a Project Manager to join their team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Establish project management as a discipline in the company in alignment with PMI guidelines
Operate as a centralised management hub for all transformation projects
Lead strategic planning and project governance
Develop and drive implementation
Draft new and improve existing project management policies and processes
Report on projects
Report to executive team on progress and performance
Maintain a strategic view of all current and planned projects
Ensure projects are efficiently managed
Oversee the performance of project managers
Drive transformational change management across all projects
Stakeholder management
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
Prepare and control budgets for the PMO
Monitor financial performance
Analyse financial data
Ensure proper preparation of projects
Lead and motivate staff
Coach and mentor staff

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Science, Commerce, Engineering or Computer Science

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 to 10 years’ experience in a similar role
