Our client, a leading company in the spice and food manufacturing industry, is looking for a Blending Supervisor to join their team in the Western Cape.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Blending Supervisor role
Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems and Prerequisite Programmes in a food manufacturing environment
Previous experience in the spice or food manufacturing industry (essential)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage blending operations efficiently and ensure product quality
