Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and guide the application support team.
• Standardize processes and follow ITIL best practices.
• Oversee daily team operations, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure 24/7 service continuity.
• Partner with development teams and stakeholders to align services with needs.
• Conduct regular service reviews to assess performance and plan improvements.
• Handle escalations and lead response to critical issues.
• Identify trends and implement process improvements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and learning within the team.
• Organize training sessions and mentor team members.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new applications and support readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in application support management.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
• Technical knowledge (e.g., C#, .NET, MS SQL, and message formats is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
