Aftermarket Spares Debtors Clerk (Automotive Industry) – Bloemfontein

Salary: R8 000 – R11 000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

CANDIDATES 30 AND OLDER TO APPLY

A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Debtors Clerk to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Bloemfontein.

MUST HAVE WORKED WITH LARGE DEBTORS’ BOOKS IN AFTERMARKET SPARES INDUSTRY, OTHERWISE CV WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT.

COMPANY IS LOOKING AT CANDIDATES THAT HAS PREVIOUSLY WORKED FOR COMPANIES LIKE MIDAS, GOLDWAGEN, MOTUS, JMC ETCETERA – ANY PARTS DISTRIBUTORS.

Requirements:

Grade 12

30 - 45

Min. 4-5 years’ experience in Automotive Industry as Debtors Clerk  

Will receive training on ERP System.

Must have good communication skills and be well presented

Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment

Must be target driven and a team player

Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Month end

Following up on outstanding payments

Reconciliations

Sending out follow up letters if Accounts not paid by 7^th of month

Queries

COD Customers

Cash

Creditors Applications

Claims

Debtors

Submission of day end reports

General administrative duties.
