At Digital Aesthetics, we believe in harnessing the power of social media to create meaningful connections and drive business growth. 

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive traffic to the website, and generate leads. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and measuring social media results. 

Responsibilities

  • Be yourself, be creative.
  • Work on campaigns across various platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
  • Write engaging content 
  • Run paid social media ads
  • Interact with the community and develop relationships with key accounts
  • Manage accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments
  • Grow followers and audience across all digital channels
  • Measure social media results, including tracking website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Stay creative and up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

Required Skills

  • Video Editing: 1 to 2 years
  • Social Media Marketing: 2 to 3 years
  • Image Editing: 1 to 2 years
  • Facebook Ads Manager: 2 to 3 years
  • Social Media Roi: 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

  • The ideal candidate MUST have:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Candidates must have active social media profiles and use them regularly to stay updated on trends and best practices
    • Advanced experience running paid social media ad campaigns
    • Proven experience managing social media channels and campaigns, with a portfolio of work
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn & YouTube)
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Creativity, with a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling copy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite)
    • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
