Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed Matric.
• A relevant Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
• MUST have a min. 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity within an agency environment.
• MUST be immediately available!!!
• MUST be able to handle pressure and deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of candidates, using a proactive sourcing approach.
• Must have been exposed to platforms like PNet, Careers24 etc. to achieve the desired results.
• Proactively source and screen potential candidates from a variety of sources.
• Conducting telephonic interviews and screening candidate applications against positions.
• Assessing candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit available positions.
• Gather all relevant supporting documents from candidates timeously.
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies to the Account Managers timeously.
• CV Formatting.
• Reference checking and triggering all relevant checks timeously.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide constant feedback.
