We are looking to hire a Candidate Recruitment Consultant! Your core function will be to source and qualify candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate MUST have agency recruitment experience and able to source CVs, telephonically screen candidates, and conduct reference checks. Preference will be given to an immediate starter!

Candidate Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Matric.
- A relevant Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- MUST have a min. 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity within an agency environment.
- MUST be immediately available!!!
- MUST be able to handle pressure and deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of candidates, using a proactive sourcing approach.
- Must have been exposed to platforms like PNet, Careers24 etc. to achieve the desired results.
- Proactively source and screen potential candidates from a variety of sources.
- Conducting telephonic interviews and screening candidate applications against positions.
- Assessing candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit available positions.
- Gather all relevant supporting documents from candidates timeously.
- Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies to the Account Managers timeously.
- CV Formatting.
- Reference checking and triggering all relevant checks timeously.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide constant feedback.
