As a Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, attracting top talent both domestically and internationally, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

If you have the following:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree).
• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions.
  
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition.
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
