We’re on the hunt for a Head of Operations! As a Head of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and directing the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, IT and other departments. This person is also responsible for our operational infrastructure such as our sales platforms, technology, software, and our nationwide franchise operations.

If you have the following:

• MBA / BCom plus / CIMA / CA(SA) or equivalent. 
• Ability to communicate and influence at senior Exco level both internally and client facing.
  
• Demonstrable skills in strategic planning, execution and monitoring.
  
• Strong operations background with the understanding of the Sales/Franchise environment in order to support that environment and propel it forward.
