We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to lead the operations of our client’s meat production facility in Montague Gardens. This role focuses on ensuring efficient production workflows, maintaining top-tier quality, and driving team performance to meet operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or supervisory certifications preferred.
3-5 years of supervisory experience in meat processing or a similar food production environment.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Demonstrated leadership ability, with a talent for managing diverse teams.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure settings.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of meat processing equipment and machinery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
