- Post job vacancies on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Perform background and reference checks.
- Prepare offer letters and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Benefits and Compensation Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Oversee payroll processing and bonus administration.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation.
Performance Management:
- Assist in implementing performance management systems.
- Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Support the resolution of performance-related challenges and create improvement plans as needed.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes effectively.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and address any identified risks.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation.
Training and Development:
- Identify learning and development needs within the organization.
- Plan and deliver training programs, workshops, and other initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training efforts and suggest improvements.
HR Systems and Data Management:
- Oversee HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage employee data and generate reports as required.
Employee Engagement and Experience:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Organize events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Gather employee feedback through surveys and act on key insights.
Strategic HR Support:
- Collaborate on the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Contribute to key initiatives like talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
