We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Retail Experience Staff to join our dynamic team. As a General Worker in our retail environment, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting various operational tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:** Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find products. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


• Merchandising:** Assist in the display and arrangement of merchandise to enhance visual appeal and ensure product availability. Help with restocking shelves and organizing inventory.


• Store Maintenance:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment by regularly tidying up sales floors, aisles, and fitting rooms. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.


• Cash Handling:** Assist with cash register operations, including processing customer transactions, handling cash, and providing change as needed. Ensure accurate cash management and record keeping.


• Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.


• Inventory Management:** Help with inventory counts, receiving shipments, and managing stock levels. Report any discrepancies or issues to management.


• Promotions and Events:** Assist in setting up and promoting store events, sales, and special promotions. Engage with customers to inform them about current and upcoming promotions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.


• Basic math skills and familiarity with cash register operations.


• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
