Interiors Company based in Cape Town is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Interior Designer to join our small team. This role involves overseeing all stages of design, from concept to completion, with a strong emphasis on project management and execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to manage both the design and installation phases.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage detailed specification sheets for design projects, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity. Working with suppliers and stockists.

- Produce CAD or Revit drawings, including detail work, to support the design vision and ensure proper execution. 

- Lead the project management process from start to finish, ensuring that design, timelines, and budgets are adhered to. 

- Coordinate and manage the full installation team, ensuring high-quality execution and that all design specifications are met. 

- Monitor project progress, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address any issues and maintain seamless workflow. 

- Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure designs are implemented as per specifications. 

- Collaborate with contractors and project managers to finalize design concepts, propose creative solutions, and handle any challenges. 

- Manage and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and contracts. 

- Oversee quality control on-site, ensuring all installations meet design specifications and high-quality standards.

-Ensure client is happy at all points of the project.
