Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement spa protocols, treatment programs, and customer care standards.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of skilled therapists and spa staff.
• Collaborate with hotel management to align the spa’s goals with the hotel’s overall vision.
• Drive revenue by implementing marketing strategies, promotions, and upselling treatments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the spa’s pristine standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Relevant qualifications in spa management, wellness, or beauty therapy.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A passion for health, wellness, and luxury service experiences.
