- Role Overview:
- A Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
- Completed articles with financial accounting experience and a solid understanding of IFRS
- At least 5 years of experience in financial and operational management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Experience in risk analysis, management reporting, and financial oversight
- Strong skills in stock management and balancing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A deep understanding of management systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High-level organizational and business administration skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

- Support the management team in tracking operational targets, addressing root causes, and implementing corrective actions
- Monitor the operational value chain to ensure customer requirements are consistently met, driving cost-effective improvements
- Innovate to enhance operational efficiencies and eliminate inefficiencies
- Extend the useful life of fixed assets and ensure optimal use
- Lead efforts to improve long-term sustainability, including energy efficiency in areas such as electricity, water, and fuel
