Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring adherence to attendance, KPIs, schedules, and compliance.
• Inspire and develop your team through coaching, motivation and feedback
• Performance management of team members as and when required
• Handle escalated queries and on-the-floor challenges with ease.
• Promote a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration within your team.
• Monitor and report on team performance and ensure smooth implementation of policies and procedures.
• Report IT issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain team productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Matric Certificate (validation required)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Telesales Team Leader within the short-term insurance sector, specializing in vehicle and home contents insurance.
• Proven ability to lead in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Must be eligible to be added to the Rep Register

Desirable:

• RE / FAIS qualifications
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and methods.
