The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for understanding the business needs of the clients and transforming those needs into detailed project requirements. The BA will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that software solutions meet business objectives and deliver value.

Key Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

·       3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.

·       Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio).

·       Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate technical jargon into business terms.
