Die Hoof van Menslike Kapitaal sal ’n kernrol vervul om die span te ondersteun en te bemagtig om besigheidsdoelwitte te bereik. Hierdie leier sal fokus op die bevordering van loopbaanontwikkeling, werknemersbetrokkenheid en werk-lewe-balans. Minimum Kwalifikasies en Ondervinding:
- Graad: Baccalaureus in Menslike Hulpbronne, Besigheidsadministrasie of ’n verwante veld (Meestersgraad verkieslik).
- Ervaring: Minstens 7 jaar in menslike hulpbronne of menskapitaalbestuur, waarvan minstens 3 jaar in ’n senior leierskaprol.
- Ervaring in die ontwikkeling en monitering van prestasie-aanwysers (KPIs).
- Sterk interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede.
- Kennis van Suid-Afrikaanse arbeidswette en HR-nakomingsvereistes.
