- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files
- Provide data reports and insights to support business decisions
- Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to verify data accuracy

Candidate Requirements
- 3-4 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Matric certificate required; relevant diploma or degree advantage
- Property industry experience beneficial
