Requirements
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related
field.
Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
o Plan and organize development schedules.
o Allocate tasks and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.
o Collaborate with project managers and product owners to prioritize
and manage timelines.
2. Team Leadership
o Mentor and guide developers, supporting their career growth and
conducting performance reviews.
o Foster a positive and productive team culture, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals.
3. Technical Oversight
o Review code, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical
consistency.
o Provide expertise on complex technical issues and architectural
decisions.
4. Stakeholder Communication
o Act as a bridge between technical teams and other departments,
ensuring alignment of development goals with business objectives.
5. Recruitment and Team Building
o Participate in the recruitment process and onboarding of new
developers.
o Enhance team capabilities through training and mentorship
programs.
6. Resource Allocation and Budget Management
o Manage team budgets and allocate resources effectively, including
software tools and cloud services.
7. Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
o Address project challenges or team dynamics to maintain smooth
operations.
Technical Expectations
• Backend Development:
o Proficiency in C#/.NET application development.
o Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
o Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles,
and automated testing frameworks.
• Frontend Development:
o Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS.
o Familiarity with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and reusable web
components.
Stack Alignment
• Must align with the company's current technology stack.
• Proficiency with tools like Visual Studio, Git, JIRA, and Confluence is essential.
Time Allocation
• 60% of the role will focus on client-billable projects, primarily for Swiss
clients.
• 40% will focus on internal projects, including team skill upgrades and
process improvements.
Compensation
• Market-related salary, depending on experience.
