Deputy Branch Manager (Automotive Industry) – Springfield Park (Durban)
Salary: Up to R30 000 - Market Related (Negotiable depending on experience + company benefits + commission after target reached)
A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Deputy Branch Manager to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Durban.
CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM AFTERMARKET PARTS OR OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER) MARKET INDUSTRY, TO BE CONSIDERED.
Job Purpose
As the Deputy Branch Manager for, your primary responsibility is to assist in the efficient operation of the branch, overseeing day-to-day activities and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing staff, optimising inventory, and ensuring the overall success of the branch.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive aftermarket parts industry.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Strong Staff Management
Strong Sales Management
Ability and willingness to travel within and out of South Africa
Own Transport
