Role: Solar Engineer

Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar PV)

Level: Mid-Level

Key Requirements:

•           Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

•           3+ years of experience in solar PV system design, installations, and commissioning.

•           Proven experience designing both residential and commercial solar systems.

•           Proficiency in solar design software (AutoCAD, PV*SOL, Helioscope).

•           Strong understanding of solar PV system components and electrical design principles.

•           Experience in fault finding and troubleshooting solar PV systems.

•           Knowledge of local electrical codes, industry regulations, and best practices.

•           Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site assessments.

•           Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for designing high-efficiency solar systems.

•           Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

•           Strong communication skills for client interactions and cross-team collaboration.

•           Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive continuous improvement in design processes.

•           A team player with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with installation teams and project managers.
