Role: Renewable Energy Project Manager – Utility-Scale Projects

Industry: Renewable Energy (Solar PV, Wind, and Energy Storage)

Level: Senior

Key Requirements:

•           Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related) or a relevant project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).

•           Experience managing large-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, and/or energy storage) with a focus on utility-scale deployments.

•           6+ years of project management experience within the renewable energy sector, specifically with utility-scale projects.

•           In-depth knowledge of the technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of utility-scale energy projects.

•           Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management, including the use of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

•           Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, operations, etc.) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

•           Strong understanding of power grid integration, interconnection agreements, and utility regulations.

•           Familiarity with contract management and experience negotiating contracts with EPC contractors, suppliers, and clients.

•           Ability to manage project risks, solve complex problems, and handle stakeholder relationships effectively.

•           Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations applicable to utility-scale renewable energy projects.
