Assistant to Branch Manager/Sales Processor (Automotive Industry) – Maitland (Cape Town)

Salary: R7 000 – R8 000 (Negotiable depending on experience)

A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ an Assistant to Branch Manager/ Sales Processor to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Maitland

Company looking for a Male for this role, as they are looking for someone to grow in this role. Person will be working directly next to and alongside the Branch Manager. Looking for a Well Presented Male, someone that is Intelligent, that has extremely good communication skills, with a go-getter personality, and that has a willingness to learn, and work extremely hard.

Requirements:

Grade 12

25 – 30

Must have Sales Processing and Pricing experience

Will receive training on ERP System.

Must have good communication skills and be well presented

Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment

Must be target driven and a team player

Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assisting Branch Manager with Daily Sales and visiting clients

Provide telephonic, email and online communication and demonstrations to build loyal client relationships

Confirm orders

Process orders

Pricing

Quotes

Responsible for processing and generating leads to the sales team to produce sales targets

Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and update client records

All administrative duties as given by Branch Manager
