As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines and refrigeration systems in transport vehicles. Key duties include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing engine overhauls, and ensuring all equipment complies with safety and performance standards. You’ll work to maximise vehicle uptime and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service.

Job experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Diesel Mechanic, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including refrigeration systems.
• Diesel trade qualification or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in mechanical systems.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations related to vehicle and refrigeration system maintenance.
