Employer: Communicate Recruitment

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Brand Manager with the end-to-end execution of brand marketing strategies, including in-store promotional activities. This position is also responsible for providing administrative and financial assistance to ensure smooth operations within the marketing team.

What you will be doing:
Campaign Execution:

Collaborate with the operations team to successfully implement seasonal, promotional, and brand-building campaigns, ensuring stores maintain high standards.
Oversee relationships with print production partners and manage the distribution of marketing materials to stores.

Campaign & Promotions:

Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns from inception to execution.
Manage budgets, liaise with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Supervise the development, distribution, and implementation of printed assets for campaign launches.

Marketing Inventory:

Manage the ordering, packaging, and invoicing of marketing stock.
Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory management.

Finance & Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance for various marketing projects, including reporting on stock, budgets, and ad hoc initiatives.
Handle financial processes such as raising purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and tracking payments.
Ensure timely payment of suppliers and maintain accurate budget records.

Qualification:

Relevant bachelor's degree/ diploma
