A well-established company based in Sandton is seeking a Sales Administrator and Support professional to join its team.

This role is for you if you have at least 3 years of relevant work experience and a strong sales administration and quotation creation background.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative tasks related to quoting for customers
• Collaborate closely with the Internal Sales Support Manager to build Sales Intelligence Reports
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in line with company standards
• Accurately capture orders for house accounts
• Ensure maximum stock availability by liaising with operational departments and providing regular feedback on stock and procurement situations
• Provide information and forecasts to procurement and warehouse departments as needed
• Participate in planning and executing local, regional, or national trade shows as required by management
• Gather current marketplace information on competitors, including pricing, products, and merchandising techniques
• Maintain product and technical knowledge
• Support the Livestock Sales team with any ad hoc tasks and instructions
