Admin Assistent

Werksure: Maandag tot Vrydag, 07:00 – 17:00
Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
- Verseker voorraadbeheer deur te monitor dat alle spanne oor die nodige voorraad beskik.
- Bied gereelde terugvoer aan kliënte om kliëntetevredenheid te verseker.
- Hanteer en hou rekord van jobcards.
- Bestuur krediet- en debiteurekontrole om finansiële rekordhouding akkuraat te hou.
- Verskaf algemene administratiewe ondersteuning, insluitend skakeling met verskaffers en spanne.
- Hou toesig oor vlootbeheer, insluitend voertuiggebruik en instandhouding.
- Berei kwotasies voor en stuur dit aan kliënte.
- Hanteer fakturering betyds en akkuraat.
Minimum kwalifikasies:
- Matriek (Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat).
- 1 tot 2 jaar relevante werkservaring.
Vereistes:
- Sterk rekenaarvaardigheid.
- Goeie interpersoonlike verhoudings.
- Sterk persoonlikheid met selfvertroue en die vermoë om onafhanklik te werk.

- Korttermyn: Help om administratiewe prosesse vinnig en doeltreffend te stroomlyn en ondersteuning aan die span te bied.

Admin Assistant

Salary Expectation: R10,000 (CTC)
Location: Meyerspark
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stock control by monitoring that all teams have the necessary supplies
- Provide regular client updates to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain records of job cards
- Oversee credit and debtor control to ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Provide general administrative support, including liaising with suppliers and teams
- Supervise fleet control, including vehicle usage and maintenance
- Prepare and send quotations to clients
- Handle timely and accurate invoicing
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric (National Senior Certificate)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident personality with the ability to work independently
