Call Center Team leader- Automotive, Car leasing industry

Location: East Rand, Joahnnesburg

Salary: R12 000 to R15 000k CTC plus performance-based incentives based on call center agent performance and meeting targets

Requirements:

Previous supervisory/team leader experience
Working CRM systems
Managing and analysing CRM reports
