Qualifications:

Certificate/Diploma in IT (MCSE essential).
Degree in IT, ITIL, or SQL DBA certifications (ideal).
Valid driver's license.

Requirements:

10 years’ experience in LAN/WAN management and ICT industry operations.
Proven track record in systems administration, change control management, and problem management.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Ensure the stability and optimization of system performance while maintaining architectural standards.
Conduct risk assessments, implement preventive measures, and ensure up-time and compliance.
Implement processes to meet regulatory standards and manage audits.
Collaborate in IT projects, ensuring alignment with governance and quality standards.
Research, recommend, and implement tools to enhance system efficiency.
