Recruitment Sales Manager

Area; This is a remote position (work from home) - Would prefer this candidate to be located in the Randburg and surrounding area

Salary; Commission only with overriding commission on sales executives (To be discussed in interview)

Scholtz Partners International is looking for a Sales Manager to join and grow our sales team. This individual must be able to recruit and manager around 10 sales executives and assist them in reaching and exceeding their targets as well as manage and assist all clients.

Working hours Mon- Fri 8am -5pm

Minimum Requirements

Own laptop with MS outlook/office

Uncapped Internet

Cell phone

2 years Sales management experience

Must have managed a team of between 5- 10 sales executives 

Must be able to manage and oversee the management of various clients from various backgrounds and industries

Candidates must understand the hiring process and be able to build a team

Previous recuitment knolwedge could be beneficial

Target driven and deadline orientated

Strong customer service skills and ability 

Strong social media skills and ability 

KPI's

Building and mantaining a sales team of between 5-10 sales executives

Conducting meetings with clients and team members

Closing recruitment deals

Reporting to management  

Keeping exisitng clients happy as well as generating new business for the recruitment team

Hiring and disciplinary process

Capturing of acurate info/crm froms for the client to relay to the recruitment team

Reaching targets
