This role reports to the Senior Financial Manager some of the responsibilities include: Preparing accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
 Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property assets. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including VAT, tax, and audits. Maintain accurate records of property transactions, leases, and asset registers. Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders to optimize financial performance. Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• B.Com Accounting
• Sage 300 advantageous
• 4 years of relevant Property experience
