Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Business Growth
- Develop and implement the fiduciary business plan with clear objectives and measurable success indicators.
- Standardize fiduciary offerings across regions and establish competitive market positioning.
- Drive the development of marketing strategies and initiatives to promote services.
- Foster partnerships with stakeholders to capitalize on business growth opportunities.
Client and Advisor Support
- Provide expert fiduciary services, including estate planning, will drafting, and trust structuring.
- Collaborate with advisors and portfolio managers to identify and support new business opportunities.
- Deliver presentations to clients, intermediaries, and internal teams to promote fiduciary value.
Operational Management
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, tax efficiency, and cash flow control.
- Design efficient workflows and establish technology infrastructure to support service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement robust risk management measures.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing fiduciary team.
- Conduct training on legislative updates, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment to achieve business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of sales and financial targets.
- Establishment of the fiduciary division as a leading brand in the high-net-worth sector.

Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., BCom Law, LLB, BProc).
- CFP designation (advantageous).
- 5–10 years of experience in fiduciary services with a focus on estate planning.
- Strong knowledge of FAIS and fiduciary regulatory frameworks.
- Proven skills in relationship management, sales, risk management, and team leadership.
