Minimum of 1 year  management experience in a maintenance and/or project environment

Functional knowledge and experience in quantity surveying, project management and/or quality assurance will be advantageous

Must have knowledge of Eskom Power Station, Petro Chemical industry, Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting

Managing Service Level Agreements. Computer literate: Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Scope:

·         The successful incumbent will manage maintenance and project contracts with emphasis on scaffolding, painting, and insulation disciplines HP Work

·         Manage multiple sites with site managers, supervisors, and skilled specialists

·         Monitor and manage the scope, goals, and deliverables

·         Plan, coordinate, staff and manage large scale maintenance projects

·         Proactively manage variances in scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stake holders

·         Draft and submit budget proposals

·         Manage the resources loading, recruitment and development of the required skills mix

·         Troubleshoot and solutions finding in a high-pressure environment

·         Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

·         Analyse and report on progress, resources, revenue, and costs versus budget targets

·         Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members

·         Build, develop, and grow sustainable business relationships

·         Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful projects elements

·         Manage and maintain company assets and equipment

·         Accountable for all SHERQ related matters within area of responsibility

·         Arrange monthly client meeting to review and improve overall service delivery
