Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
Oversee accounting tasks, including payables, receivables, and the general ledger
Manage financial closing processes monthly, quarterly, and yearly, ensuring accuracy
Coordinate with staff to gather information promptly and accurately
Stay updated on accounting regulations to ensure compliance and implement changes
Advise departments on financial matters to support growth and profitability
Perform financial analysis and reporting as needed by management
 
Skills & Experience:
Xero experience
Excellent Excel skills (non-negotiable)
 
Qualification:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Degree, diploma, or bookkeeping certificate
