We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Structural Engineer / Engineering Technologist to join an established medium-sized Consulting Engineering firm located in Bellville (Cape Town).
The applicant must have 5 to 10 Years' Experience.
Required Skills
- Structural Engineering: 5 to 6 years
- Prokon: 5 to 6 years
- Autodesk Revit: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
- BSc or B.Eng Structural Engineering / BTech or B.Eng Tech: Structural Engineering qualification.
- Candidate Engineering Engineer / Technologist with ECSA.
- Professional registration would be advantageous.
- Must have min. 5 years' of post-graduation design experience as a Structural Engineer / Structural Engineering Technologist in Structural Consulting Engineering.
- Be proficient in the design of Concrete and Steel Structures.
- Be proficient in Prokon.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD & have a good knowledge of REVIT
- Have construction site experience.
- Preparing AutoCAD / REVIT drawings and specifications.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be involved in structural projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Stable employment record.
- Code B Driver's license with own vehicle.
Position Available in Cape Town.
