An established accounting consulting firm is seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to the team.
The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse tasks, demonstrate initiative, and have exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, predominantly in the legal sector.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12.
1 or more years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar admin role, ideally within a professional services environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and use initiative to solve problems and anticipate needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with the legal sector or experience liaising with legal professionals is advantageous.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the firm and its clients, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior staff, including diary coordination and travel arrangements.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and maintain files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Liaise extensively with legal professionals, addressing queries and providing timely updates.
Support with invoicing, billing, and basic financial administration as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the team.
