As a Data Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes to meet client needs, focusing on data cleansing, aggregation, and enrichment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Aggregate, store, and manage data from various sources, ensuring high-quality and integrity.
Work with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate and implement solutions.
Stay at the forefront of data engineering trends, bringing innovative solutions to client challenges.

What You Bring:

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and one of the following: Python, Scala, or Java.
- Expertise in relational databases and designing ETL pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in data modeling and database design.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in data engineering.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Matillion, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Exposure to Hadoop, Spark, Apache NiFi, or other distributed systems.
Qualifications:
- Essential: A BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology, with consistent academic excellence (70% or higher).
- Preferred: BSc Honours in Computer Science or IT, or a BEng/BSc in Engineering.
