Develop & Innovate: Design, deploy, and maintain software solutions that drive key business goals
Collaborate & Support: Provide reliable production support, participate in agile ceremonies, and help shape sprint goals

Skills & Experience:
Java Expertise: Minimum 4+ years in Java development and minimum 3+ years in J2EE
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Java Server Pages, Servlets, DevOps tools (GIT, Gradle), and RESTful APIs
Bonus Knowledge: Familiarity with IBM WebSphere, SQL Server, and financial applications in life insurance

Qualification:
Essential: Grade 12 certification
Preferred: Degree or diploma in Computer Science and Java certification
