Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Degree in Food Science or Food Technology
• 5+ years’ experience in the Food FMCG industry
• Strong expertise in product development, recipe optimization, and quality assurance
• Deep understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
